Capt. Cameron Sutherland
Cam Sutherland has been fishing for over 25 years and it shows the moment you step on the boat.
He grew up cutting his teeth on the inshore reefs around Long Reef in Sydney, chasing kingfish, snapper and anything else willing to bite, and has spent most of his life thinking about tides, bait, weather and how to get fish to eat.
Cam’s style on the boat is relaxed, upbeat and hands on. He’s happy to coach you through techniques, celebrate big wins, laugh when things go sideways and stay locked in when the fishing turns on. Whether you’re new to fishing or a seasoned angler chasing something special, you’ll feel comfortable, looked after and fully involved in the action.
Above all else, Cam respects the ocean and the fish he chases. He fishes hard, fishes smart and makes sure every trip is about good people, good vibes and real sportfishing. Capt. Dan Moss
Dan is a salthy Sydney sportfisher who eats, sleeps and breathes chasing fish inshore and offshore out of NSW.
From early morning runs to NSW’s favourite reefs, wrecks and estuaries to testing tides around Sydney Heads, Dan brings a sharp eye for structure, bait movement and the patterns that put fish on the hook. He’s just as comfortable casting poppers and vibes for jacks and mackerel as he is chasing kings and big bottom dwellers with heavy tackle - and he’s always looking to refine his game with the next bite.
With a deep respect for the water and a relentless drive to improve, Dan’s local knowledge and instinctive feel for Sydney’s changing conditions make him a powerhouse on any trip.
Capt. Pat Calarco
Pat is a dedicated angler with a relentless passion for chasing fish wherever the tide calls.
Known on the water for his unstoppable energy at first light, explosive bite encounters, and big-fish smiles, he fishes hard and shares every bit of the journey. From topwater blitzes with mackerel and jacks to persistent battles with kings (including that unforgettable 118 cm kingfish), Pat’s all about chasing trophies, trying new water, and enjoying the adventure with mates.
Whether he’s trolling spanners, jigging, or exploring inshore breaks, Pat lives the fishing life 24/7 and brings that instinct and confidence to every trip
